1. Applying to Take Courses Outside the Study Program at the Faculty of Agriculture UGM
- Download the Application Form
Students should download the Application to Take Courses Outside the Study Program form from the Faculty of Agriculture UGM (click here). - Complete the Form
Fill in the form with the details of the courses you wish to take. - Print and Get Approval
Print the application form, then sign it and obtain approval from the Head of the Master’s Program in Pest Science. - Submit the Application
Submit the completed and signed application form to the Academic Office of the Graduate Program at the Faculty of Agriculture UGM. - Receive Notification
The Academic Office will inform the student of the application results via WhatsApp or through the Simaster system in the KRS Input section.
2. Requesting an External Supervisor or Examiner Outside the Faculty of Agriculture UGM
- Download the Request Form
Students should download the Request for External Supervisor or Examiner form from the Faculty of Agriculture UGM (click here). - Complete the Form
Fill in the form with the details of the chosen external supervisor or examiner. - Print and Obtain Signatures
Print the request form, then sign it. It must also be signed by your primary supervisor and approved by the Head of the Master’s Program in Pest Science. - Submit the Application
Submit the completed and signed form to the Academic Office of the Graduate Program at the Faculty of Agriculture UGM. - Receive Notification
The Academic Office will inform the student of the result via WhatsApp or email.
3. Request for Letters to Research or Data Collection
- Send a short message to Academic Affairs via WhatsApp at 081212469615 with the following format:

Purpose: Izin Penelitian
Thesis Topic: “Komposisi Spesies Lalat Buah (Diptera: Tephritidae) di Kabupaten Sorong, Papua Barat Daya”
Supervisor: Dr. Ir. Witjaksono, M.Sc.
Co-Supervisor: Dr. Suputa
Location: Kabupaten Sorong, Papua Barat Daya
Timeline: Juli-Desember 2025
Addressee: Dinas Pertanian, Pangan, Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Sorong (Klakublik, Sorong, Sorong City, West Papua 98412) - Receive a letter from Academic Affairs Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture UGM.
- Please forwarded it to Academic Affairs Faculty of Agriculture UGM to receive letter authorized by Vice Dean I, Faculty of Agriculture UGM.
4.Request for Temporary Graduation Certificate (SKL)
- Send a short message to Academic Affairs via WhatsApp at 08112648837 with the following format:
Example:
Name: Maulidia Permatasari
Student ID: 23/666666/PPN/44444
Study Program: Magister Ilmu Hama Tanaman
Purpose: Meminta SKL Sementara
Thesis Tittle: “Deteksi Endosimbion Lalat Buah” - Afterwards, please attach the Graduation Ceremony Protocol to the WhatsApp chat with Academic Affairs.
- The Temporary Graduation Certificate (SKL) that has been processed will be sent via Simaster DMS to the applicant (Please check regularly).
5. Request a Transcript
- Please fill out the transcript request form on the Faperta website first or click here.
- Send a short message to Academic Affairs via WhatsApp at 08112648837 with the following format:
Example:
Name: Amelia Christy
Student ID: 23/333333/PPN/01111
Study Program: Magister Ilmu Hama Tanaman
Purposes: Meminta transkrip untuk ujian tesis - Afterwards, please attach the completed transcript request form in the WhatsApp chat with Academic Affairs.
- Receive a response from Academic Affairs Faperta UGM in the form of a transcript for the thesis defense.
6. Request for Translation of Diploma or Transcript
- Creating a personal request letter addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, UGM.
- Attaching a scanned copy of the diploma or transcript to be translated, along with the previously drafted request letter.
Send an email with the following format:
Name: Amelia Christy
Student ID: 23/666666/PPN/44444
Study Program: Magister Ilmu Hama Tanaman
Subject: Translate Ijazah dan Transkrip - Send to academic email: faperta@ugm.ac.id
- Receive a response from Academic Affairs, Faculty of Agriculture, UGM.
7. Legalization of Diploma or Transcript
- Conducting online legalization via http://simaster.ugm.ac.id using SSO account (UGM email).
- If encountering difficulties with online legalization using Simaster, please follow these steps:
- Scan both sides of the diploma or transcript to be legalized.
- Then send it to the academic email: faperta@ugm.ac.id
- Send an email with the following format:
Name: Hanifan
Student ID: 23/666666/PPN/55555
Study Program: Magister Ilmu Hama Tanaman
Subject of the email: Legalize Diploma and Transcript - Attach the diploma and transcript files to be legalized to the academic email.
- Receive a response from Academic Affairs, Faculty of Agriculture, UGM.
8. Financial Support for the Manuscript Publication
Requirements: Applicants must be students at Master in Pest Science UGM and the manuscript is part of their thesis.
Students can apply for earmarked funds by submitting the application form and uploading (click here) the following documents:
1. Letter of Acceptance
2. Copy of ID Card and Student Card
3. Proof of payment
4. Bank Account with Name and Bank Name
5. Draft of Accepted Manuscript
